The Plaintiffs in this class action case, represented by Mr. LaCroix, alleged that “special municipal charges” appearing on AT&T customer telephone bills were unauthorized and wrongful. The parties negotiated a settlement prior to trial, resulting in the return of $21.7 million to Missouri AT&T customers.
