In this case, Louis Zehil, a former partner with prominent law firm McGuire Woods, LLP, committed securities fraud with respect to the stock of its client, Ethanex Energy Inc., a publicly traded ethanol manufacturing company. As one of the attorneys for the Plaintiff, Mr. LaCroix helped secure this significant settlement against McGuire Woods in favor of the bankruptcy trustee for Ethanex.
